Jeans Blue is somewhere in the middle between blue and purple. A powerful colour, it is warmer than Lavender and easier to combine with other hues. The colour purple was a very popular in the Victorian Era, when people combined it with many different shades and hues. Try it with Pale Dogwood and Opal. Or Black and Blueberry.
Jeans Blue was originally a bit bluer, which explains its name. These days, we would be more inclined to refer to it as Heliotrope.
