This bold colour holds the middle between blue and dark green. Blue is, however, dominant, which makes Petrol a cooler colour. Along with Turquoise, Opal, Aquamarine, Lagoon and Seafoam, Petrol makes up the spectrum of the Aqua shades. They are the colours of tropical oceans, of serenity and calm.
